90th Infantry, State Color. The 90th was composed solely of members of a pre-war Philadelphia militia unit, known as the 19th Infantry. The state color was received on December 6, 1861 from Governor Andrew Curtin. The majority of the regiment chose not to re-enlist, and were mustered out of service in November 1864.
