191st Infantry, (2nd Veteran Reserves). The 191st was composed of veterans mustered out in the spring of 1864 as well as new recruits. Most of the soldiers were captured on August 19, 1864 at the Weldon Railroad. The 191st was presented with a state color in January 1865. The regiment was mustered out of service on June 28, 1865.
