127th Infantry, State Color. Composed of men from Dauphin, Lebanon, Crawford, Adams, and Schuylkill counties, the 127th was a nine-month unit organized in August 1862. The regiment's Colonel was William W. Jennings, and the 127th received the state color on October 22. The regiment was mustered out of service on May 16, 1863.
